Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced MS General Surgeon with expertise in Laparoscopic Surgery to join our modern, well-equipped multispecialty hospital located in Churu, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general and minimally invasive surgical procedures, managing pre- and post-operative care, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes. Detailed Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of general and laparoscopic surgical procedures including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernia repair, intestinal resections, and other elective or emergency surgeries.
- Diagnose surgical conditions and plan appropriate treatment protocols for patients.
- Manage both inpatient and outpatient surgical cases independently, including pre-operative evaluation and post-operative follow-up.
- Participate in trauma management, critical surgical care, and emergency surgeries as per hospital protocol.
- Ensure strict adherence to surgical safety standards, infection control, and sterilization procedures in the operation theatre.
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, physicians, nursing staff, and hospital administrators to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Monitor patient recovery and address any complications or re-admissions related to surgical procedures.
- Provide training, mentorship, and supervision to junior doctors, surgical residents, and support staff when required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all surgical cases, including patient consent, procedure notes, and discharge summaries.
- Participate in clinical meetings, morbidity-mortality audits, and continuous medical education (CME) programs to stay updated with the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
- Contribute to hospital development activities, quality assurance, and improvement initiatives related to surgical services.
Required Qualifications:
- MS (Master of Surgery) in General Surgery from a recognized university or institution.
- Valid registration with the State Medical Council or Medical Council of India (MCI/NMC).
- Proven experience performing laparoscopic surgeries independently.

- Proficiency in advanced laparoscopic techniques and use of surgical instruments.
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
